Chocolate, Date & Hemp Twist

A splash of dairy free chocolate mylk adds a cocoa twist to this sweet treat of a smoothie made with wonderfully fudgy Medjool dates, rich bananas, crunchy hemp seeds and a pinch of cinnamon spice.

Ingredients you'll need
- 2 bananas
- 2 Medjool dates
- 15g hemp seeds
- A pinch or 2 of cinnamon
- 330ml dairy-free chocolate mylk

- A handful of ice cubes
You'll need

Step by step this way

Peel and break the bananas into the blender. Squash the Medjool dates with your thumb to break them open, then pull out the stones and discard them. Tear the dates into the blender. Tip in the hemp seeds and add a pinch of cinnamon.

Pour in the chocolate mylk and add a handful of ice cubes. Blitz till smooth, pour into 2 glasses, dust with a pinch more cinnamon and serve.
