Ingredients you'll need
  • 2 bananas
  • 3 plums
  • 40g peanut butter
  • 10g cocoa powder

  • A few ice cubes
  • 250ml cold water
Step by step this way

    Peel the bananas and break them into a blender. Halve the plums and scoop out the stones with a teaspoon. Roughly chop the plums and add them to the blender.

    Add the peanut butter and the cocoa powder. Drop in a few ice cubes and pour in 250ml cold water. Blitz till smooth and serve.

  • Tip

    Freeze ahead
    To make a thicker shake, chop and freeze the bananas the night before. Then blend the frozen bananas with the plums, peanut butter and cocoa powder but without the ice or water. It will make a smaller, but thicker and richer smoothie.
