- 4 kiwis
- A thumb of ginger
- A handful of mint, leaves only
- 125g blueberries
- 300ml maple water
- A few ice cubes
Halve the kiwis and scoop the green flesh into the blender. Peel and grate in the ginger. Pick the mint leaves off their sprigs and add them too, along with the blueberries and 300ml maple water.
Add a few ice cubes and blitz till smooth. Serve straight away.
