  • 125g blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 lime
  • 15g coconut flakes
  • 250ml coconut drink
From your kitchen
  • A few ice cubes

Step by step this way

    Tip the blueberries into your blender. Peel the banana and break it into the blender. Finely grate the zest from the lime in and squeeze in the juice from 1 half.

    Tip in the coconut flakes and pour in the coconut drink. Drop in a few ice cubes and whizz. Taste and add an extra squeeze of lime juice if you like, Pour into tall glasses and serve.
