Ingredients you'll need
  • 1 short cucumber
  • 100g spinach
  • 50g coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 275ml original kombucha

  • A few ice cubes
Step by step this way

    Peel the short cucumber (the skin can taste bitter), then trim and roughly chop into it chunks. Tumble the cucumber into your blender.

    Tuck in the spinach leaves, crumble in the coconut cream and add 1 tbsp peanut butter.

  • 3.

    Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender. Pour in 275ml original kombucha and blitz till smooth. Pour into a couple of glasses and serve.
