Ingredients you'll need
  • 2 bananas
  • 50g dried dates
  • 35g walnut halves
  • 250ml almond milk
From your kitchen
  • A few ice cubes
Step by step this way

    Peel the bananas and break them into your blender (or add the frozen banana slices). Add the dried dates to the blender. Tip in the walnut halves and pour in the almond drink.

    Add a few ice cubes, if you’ve not frozen the bananas. Blitz for a few mins till smooth, pour into glasses and serve.

  • Tip

    Nice & freezy
    For a thicker shake, slice the bananas and freeze them the night before you want to make the smoothie. Add the frozen banana to the blender and forget about the ice cubes. Blitz till creamy and combined.
