Banana & Walnut Bliss

A green smoothie, thanks to our favourite baby leaf, with a moreishly sweet edge from the creamy, toffeed combination of bananas and dates, mixed perfectly with the faintly toasty flavour of walnuts. Drinkable bliss.

Ingredients you'll need
- 2 bananas
- 2 Medjool dates
- 35g walnuts
- 50g baby leaf spinach
- 300ml maple water
From your kitchen
- A few ice cubes
Step by step this way

Peel the bananas and break them into a blender. Halve the dates, scoop out the stones and add the dates to the blender. Tip in the walnuts and tuck in the baby leaf spinach.

Add a few ice cubes to the blender and pour in 300ml maple water. Blend till smooth, and serve.
- Tip
Ice, ice baby
For an ice cold thick shake, peel and slice the bananas the day before and freeze them overnight. Make the smoothie with the frozen bananas, leaving out the ice cubes.
