                    A creamy smoothie shake made with velvety avocado whizzed with soft, grassy baby leaf spinach, sweet dried dates and a chocolatey hit of raw cacao nibs.

                    Ingredients you'll need
                - 1 avocado
 - 50g dried dates
 - 50g baby leaf spinach
 - 1 tsp cacao nibs
 - 330ml tiger nut drink

                    - A few ice cubes

Step by step this way
                    - 1.
Halve the avocado and scoop the flesh out with a spoon, discarding the stone. Add the avocado flesh to your blender. Roughly chop the dates and add those. Tuck in the baby leaf spinach.
 - 2.
Tip in the cacao nibs and pour in 330ml of the tiger nut drink, saving the rest for this week’s other smoothies. Drop in a few ice cubes then blend till smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
