Apricot & Mint Swirl

Ingredients you'll need
- 250g apricots
- 2 bananas
- A handful of mint, leaves only
- 330ml dairy free whole mylk
- 1 orange

- A few ice cubes
Step by step this way
- 1.
Halve the apricots and scoop out the stones with a teaspoon. Roughly chop them and add them to your bender. Zest the orange into the blender and squeeze in the juice.

Peel and break in the bananas. Pick the mint leaves off their stems and tuck the leaves into the blender.
- 3.
Pour in 330ml dairy free mylk (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies) and add a handful of ice cubes. Blitz, pour into glasses and serve.
