Ingredients you'll need
  • 3 apples
  • 25g pumpkin seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 50g baby leaf spinach
  • 250ml kefir

Step by step this way

    Cut the apples into quarters. Cut out the cores. Add the apples to your blender. Add 1 tbsp maple syrup and the pumpkin seeds.

    Pop the spinach leaves in the blender and pour over the kefir. Add a handful of ice cubes and blitz. Pour into a couple of glasses and serve.
