Apple, Raisin & Nut Shake

Crisp sweet apples and creamy rich peanut butter are a nourishing snacking staple, but let’s say you were to pop this fool-proof pair in a blender with sweet raisins, a ripe banana and a good glug of tiger nut drink? Well, we think you might just be on to a winning winter smoothie.

Ingredients you'll need
- 2 apples
- 25g raisins
- 1 banana
- 40g peanut butter
- 330ml tiger nut drink
From your kitchen
- A few ice cubes
You'll need
- Blender
- Measuring jug
Step by step this way

Quarter the apples and slice out the cores. Slide the apples into your blender. Tip in the raisins. Peel the banana and break it into the blender. Add the peanut butter.

Pour in 330ml of the tiger nut drink and add a handful of ice cubes. Whizz till smooth, then pour into glasses and serve.
