A sweet, sharp smoothie that blitzes crunchy apples and celery with smooth banana and peanut butter, and a dash of warm, spicy cinnamon to tie it all together.

Ingredients you'll need
  • 2 apples
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1 banana
  • 40g peanut butter
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 300ml maple water

Step by step this way

    Quarter the apples, slice out the cores and roughly chop the apples. Add to your blender. Trim the dry ends off the celery sticks, roughly chop the celery and add to the blender. Peel and break in the banana.

    Add the peanut butter and a pinch of cinnamon. Pour in 300ml maple water. Add a few ice cubes and blend for a few mins till smooth and combined. Pour into glasses and serve dusted with a little extra cinnamon.
