Our rabble of fantastic British organic farmers are real master craftsmen and women. They go above and beyond to see their animals' welfare is the best it can be (whilst they roam the great outdoors and munch on an organic diet).
They work closely with artisan butchers who hand prepare every animal and lend their skill and know-how to everything from 21 day traditionally hung beef to the more unusual nose-to-tail cuts.
