Delicate and sweet, with a subtle brininess. These Wild Lemon Sole Fillets have been responsibly sourced by our friends at The Fish Society.
What makes me special?
- Caught using sustainable fishing methods off the coast of Holland - A delicious alternative to Dover Sole or Brill - Perfect rubbed with olive oil, seasoned and pan-fried skin side down – no need to turn as this may break up the delicate flesh - Or grill lightly with a little squeeze of sweet lemon juice - Delivered sustainably to your door, with zero air miles and zero pointless plastic

Producer
Founded in 1994 by Alistair Blair, The Fish Society is committed to delivering only the finest quality fish and seafood. To capture peak flavour, certain catches are frozen very soon after landing, while others are kept carefully chilled up until delivery. Whether the catch was previously frozen or kept chilled, everything we sell from them arrives defrosted and ready to cook. Plus, each product is sourced responsibly, with help from experts such as the Marine Conservation Society.
