Why?
Get the napkins ready for our free-range Duck Wings from Sladesdown Farm. Roasted until sticky and golden, they're a rich, meaty choice for sharing round the table.
What makes me special?
- A sticky glaze. Brush them with honey, soy and grated ginger towards the end of roasting.
- Crisp at the edges. Give them a long roast so the fat renders and the skin crisps up. Turn them once or twice so they colour evenly.
- Rich, dark meat. Duck wings carry plenty of dark meat with a deep, savoury flavour.
- A spice rub. Toss them with smoked paprika, garlic and a pinch of chilli before roasting.
- Finish on the barbecue. A few minutes over hot coals gives them a smoky char.
- Four to a pack. Each pack holds four wings.
- Home-reared in Devon. Elaine and Daniel Mason rear all their own free-range ducks at Sladesdown Farm, their family farm in Devon.
- Sustainably delivered. Arrives at your table with zero air miles and zero pointless plastic.

Sladesdown Farm is a family farm in Devon, run by Daniel and Elaine Mason, who both grew up in farming families. They started out rearing turkeys and geese for Christmas, and the farm has grown from there. Today their free-range birds graze pastures of wild grasses and vetches, are fed a natural, non-GM diet, and are reared, prepared and packed right there on the farm.
