Ingredients you'll need
  • 100g kale
  • 1 lime
  • 2 mandarins
  • 2 apples
  • A thumb of ginger
  • 330ml almond milk

  • A cupful of ice
Step by step this way

    Strip the kale leaves from their woody cores and discard the cores. Peel the mandarins and lime and discard the peel. Quarter the apples and remove the cores (leave the peel on). Chop into small chunks. Finely chop the ginger.

    Tip everything into your blender. Add 330ml almond milk and a cupful of ice. Blend till smooth.
