Sesame & Chilli Salad Dressing

A knock out with courgette ribbons or grated courgette, this richly flavoured dressing is also lovely with raw or griddled asparagus and it’s a devilish way to perk up roots – try with roasted beetroot or other warm roots.

  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 lime or orange, juice and zest
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup or honey
  • ½ finely chopped garlic clove
  • A pinch of finely chopped fresh chilli
  • A pinch of finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
