Lovely recipe! I made my own gnocchi as my box contained spuds and I was too lazy to go to the shops to get a bag of pre-made ones; so in the end this meal was quite a bit of effort - but so worth it on a cold and rainy November day :) Beware the amounts though: I had a massive portion for late lunch and could still fill 2 tupperware containers (not that I am going to complain about having this as leftovers!).
Utterly superb recipe. Good job I made more - we had it today at lunchtime across 14 of us and pretty much everyone went back for seconds. Top notch!
