Based in Valencia, Spain, Alberto's one of our main growers of organic fruit & veg from the Mediterranean. He keeps us full to the brim with citrus, tomatoes, peppers (of all shapes and shades) and courgettes. We've known and worked with Alberto for over 10 years now. As well as helping the environment with his organic farming, he's also known to travel from his house down by the sea to his farm on his bike and back again (around 100km a day).
These deep purple/black peppers do tend to lose their colour a little, becoming more green when cooked, so best eaten raw for effect.
