Mixed Doubles

We love a bit of tennis. It helps that we live in Wimbledon. We also love ace, ethical cocktails.

  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Juice and zest of 2 limes
  • 2 large shots of gin
  • 4 tbsp organic cane sugar
  • 4 inch bit of grated cucumber
  • A large handful of fresh mint
  • Cucumber and mint to serve

1. Grab a cocktail shaker.
2. Swing in the lemon and lime juice and zest.
3. Slam in the sugar and grated cucumber.
4. Lob in the gin, mint and ice.
5. Cover and shake well.
6. Strain into cocktail glasses or a jug.
7. Serve with slices of cucumber, fresh mint and follow through with (a gassy) soda if you’d like.
