Ginger Mary

We're all for a boozy brunch. Here's our healthy-ish take on a classic Bloody Mary with a zingy shot of ginger.


  • 200ml tomato juice
  • 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
  • A few slices of chilli
  • ½ lime, zest and juice
  • A handful of coriander, chopped and for garnishing
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • A shot of vodka
  • Ice cubes

1. Put 200ml tomato juice, 2 tbsp Ginger Zinger Shot or 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger, a few slices of chilli, the zest and juice of ½ lime, and a handful of chopped coriander to a cocktail shaker. Chuck in some ice cubes and a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Finally, pour in a shot of vodka. Give it a good shake. Strain into glasses. Finish with a sprig of coriander.
