Primrose Matheson grew up having to take extra care of what she ate, struggling with chronic fatigue, M.E. and poor digestion. This naturally led to her wanting to surround herself with food at its most wholesome and healthy. Naturopathic and Complementary health studies was her next port of call, followed by a degree in Homeopathy, and what’s followed is a desire to make healthy eating a little easier for all of us. We think she’s on to something.
