Producer

Our New Potatoes are coming from John Danby up on the Lincolnshire Fens. John and his son, Sam (who's the 4th generation on the farm!) have kept us topped up with their delicious organic veg for years now. Alongside his potatoes, John grows cabbages, broccoli, beetroot and a multicoloured range of award-winning cauliflowers.

Ingredients & allergens

Abel & Cole handles celery, celeriac, peanuts and nuts on site. Due to our packing process and re-use of boxes there is a risk of cross-contamination from these, and all other allergens.

While we do everything we can to ensure the information on this page is correct, ingredients, nutritional and dietary information are subject to change. So along with the information on our website, we always recommend that you read each label carefully before enjoying your items

Storage & prep

Do not peel new potatoes. Simply rub any flaky skin gently from the surface. Always put new potatoes into boiling water to seal in the flavour. Adding salt to the water is a matter of personal preference. Our new potatoes should be stored in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. They are suitable for home freezing.
Remember to wash all fruits & veggies before eating

Matters of the heart & soil
Organic farms by nature, save the long term fertility of the soil by allowing worms, insects and more to flourish. There are more living organisms in a handful of good soil than there are people on earth.
