Zesty Rosemary Rub

  • A handful of rosemary
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • A glug of oil
  • Sea salt and freshly ground pepper

1. Finely chop a handful of rosemary leaves and mix with the zest and juice of 1 lemon, 2 crushed garlic cloves, a glug of oil and plenty of seasoning.
2. Massage this rub into your roast lamb or toss through a tray of veg before roasting.
