Zesty Rosemary Rub
The perfect accompaniment to roast lamb or swirled through a tray of veg before roasting.
Ingredients
- A handful of rosemary
- 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves
- A glug of oil
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Method
1. Finely chop a handful of rosemary leaves and mix with the zest and juice of 1 lemon, 2 crushed garlic cloves, a glug of oil and plenty of seasoning.
2. Massage this rub into your roast lamb or toss through a tray of veg before roasting.
