We've topped it off with a crunchy mix of nuts, seeds and goji berries but you can mix and match with your favourite healthy toppings – sliced fruit, granola, nut butters – the choice is yours.

1. Slice the mango flesh off the stone, then slice away the skin. Scoop the mango into a large blender. Slice the top off the pineapple and halve it. Slice the skin off one half, using the tip of a small knife to scoop out any woody 'eyes' in the flesh. Roughly chop the pineapple half and add to the blender. Peel and break in 1 banana (save the other banana for later).
2. Finely grate in the lime zest and squeeze in the juice from both limes. Pour in the coconut drink and blitz until smooth and thick.
3. Pour or scoop the mango smoothie mix into 2 breakfast bowls. Slice the skin off the kiwi fruit, then slice it and arrange the slices on top of the mango smoothie. Peel the remaining banana, slice it and arrange on top of the smoothie bowls, too.
4. Scatter the goji berries, omega seed mix and dessicated coconut over the bowls. Serve straight away.
