Minted peas are layered with carrot and aromatic cumin in this hearty tart. A few mouthfuls of Middle Eastern spirit await. These vegan tarts are made with okara which is derived from soy milk and tofu production and is often wasted. Clive's use it to give the tarts their soft ‘quiche like’ texture.
