Belazu’s organic Argan Oil is set to transform your store cupboard. Created by cold-pressing the seeds that are found inside the nuts of the Argan fruit, native to the South Western corner of Morocco, it takes a huge 16kg of nuts to produce just 1 litre of this precious oil.

Light in colour and with a reddish tinge, argan oil is milder than sesame or walnut oils, but has a distinctly nutty flavour. Traditionally used in the preparation of many North African dishes, from tagines to couscous, this versatile oil can be used to bring a delicious, new dimension to dishes throughout the day. For breakfast, try it blended with honey and natural yoghurt, or drizzle some on your soups and salads.
