Daylesford’s organic beef is given a minimum of 21 days to mature and with this comes a succulent texture and plenty of flavour too. This Silverside Minute Steak fries quickly in a sizzling pan or griddle making it a great steak to slice thinly for stir frying or skewers. All of Daylesford’s organic beef is from cows raised in open-air pastures full of clover. Space to forage helps the cattle to build up muscle naturally, which all contributes to that unmistakeable flavour.

Our Head Chef Recommends Please ensure the beef is cooked through with no meat, and the juices run clear.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Place in a searing hot frying pan with oil for 5-10 minutes, season meat and turn occasionally.
