Kiwi, Kale & Apple Smoothie

Refresh yourself with this sharp, sweet and creamily green drink that whizzes crisp apples with juicy kiwi fruit and zingy lime. Tender leafy kale and a rich dollop of dairy-free coconut yogurt make it an extra velvety smoothie.


  • 2 apples
  • 1 kiwi
  • 50g kale
  • 1 lime
  • 125g dairy-free coconut yogurt

1. Quarter the apples and slice out the cores. Add the apples to your blender. Halve the kiwi fruit, scoop out the flesh and add it to the blender.
2. Strip the kale leaves off their woody cores then add the leaves to the blender. Juice in the lime and tip in the dairy-free coconut yogurt.
3. Add 100ml cold water and a handful of ice cubes, then blitz till smooth. If the smoothie is a little too thick, trickle in some more cold water and whizz again. Pour into two glasses and serve.
