Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated <4°C. Consume within 1 day of opening. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of delivery and consume within one month. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.

BBQ - chargrill over low embers with the lid on until cooked through, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Oven - Preheat oven to 180 (160 gas/gas mark 4). Season with salt then place in roasting tin in oven for 25 mins until cooked through, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Rest for 5 minutes.
