Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated <5°C. Consume within 1 day of opening.

Oven cook - From Chilled. For perfectly cooked lamb, our head chef recommends:
Season with salt, pepper and olive oil. Place in a hot oven (180°C/fan 160°C/Gas mk 4). Roast for 30 minutes per 500g, plus a further 30 minutes, until the lamb is cooked through with no pink meat, and the juices run clear. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Preparation and Usage: Wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw meat.

Suitable for home freezing

Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of delivery, and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours, do not refreeze once thawed.
