Our blueberries hail from Herefordshire where, in 1987, Angus Davison started Haygrove by planting a hectare of strawberries on rented land as part of his degree thesis. Haygrove is passionately committed to measuring its business impact across a Triple Bottom Line of People, Planet and Profit. Their British berries are grown on carbon-neutral farms. They've also developed a program to deliver community gardens, accessed by people in the local community who seek additional support.
Abel & Cole handles celery, celeriac, peanuts and nuts on site. Due to our packing process and re-use of boxes there is a risk of cross-contamination from these, and all other allergens.

Blueberries need very little preparation — just wash them gently and dry them on a clean tea towel. If you're not going to eat them straight away you should store blueberries in the fridge, preferably in a shallow tray. If you want to keep them for longer, then blueberries freeze well. Don’t forget to wash your fruit and veg before use.
