Producer

Only a few miles from Cornwall, Stuart Thomson has found an idyllic 2.5 acre site, Treisaac Farm, to set up Atlantic Brewery. In amongst all the wildlife, it's where their brilliant beer is brewed and distilled, alongside the hops that they started growing themselves in 2004 (they grow rhubarb, blackcurrants and fresh herbs too). The best beer comes from the best ingredients, that's Stuart's motto, which is why they only use beautifully sweet Cornish spring water drawn from their own spring, hand-crafted malts from Warminster Maltings in Wiltshire, and their own hops, to make their brew. It's what gives it the unique character that it has. One sip of an Atlantic Brewery beer, and you'll taste that unique character in all its splendour.
