These organic sausages are as real as it gets, made from organic pork (from Peelham Farm's free-ranging Tamworth cross pigs), some salt and pepper, and a natural casing. No tricks, no gimmicks. The deep porky flavour they have (bacon-like, almost) makes them ideal for those brekkie fry-ups.

Not suitable for home freezing. We work with smaller scale producers who can only make these brilliant sausages once a week, and to keep them as lovely as they are, they need to be frozen before they get to us. This way, we can share these sorts of brilliant things with all of you, but it means they must not be refrozen at home.

Please note: These sausages are sold based on weight not quantity, so the number of sausages recieved may vary from that shown in the photograph.

Peelham Farm is an organic, family-run farm just shy of the Berwickshire Coast in the southern Scottish Borders. In its organic on-farm butchery, smoker and charcuterie workshop, the Peelham Family produces meat from its own organic livestock to make its organic charcuterie, salamis and sausages which we then bring straight to you.
