Good, Onist puddings. That’s what these heavenly avocado, chocolate pots are, and indulgence waits behind every little foil lid. Peel it back and dunk into a rich, vegan-friendly mousse that’s made using organic avocados, dates, cashews, cocoa and nothing else. As a stand-alone desert they are divine, but we’re also big fans of swirling them into porridge and spreading them on toast. However you eat them, you’re doing good for yourself and for others. That’s because, thanks to Onist’s partnership with the Pandis charity, each one sold buys breakfast for a child in Gambia. Lovely stuff all round.

Mary Lynch, a registered nutritionist, is passionate about delicious healthy food and responsible business, so naturally, she combined the two and Onist was born. All the ingredients used in their choc pots are organically sourced and Fair Trade accredited, and the business tagline is 'buy one, give one', with the sale of every choc pot buying a healthy breakfast for a child in need. Mary wanted to create a company that would make a difference, and with Onist, she's certainly doing her part.
