A rather unique, strong flavoured and wonderfully creamy blue cheese. Made from un-homoginised organic milk from The Little Milk Company's herd of a mix of Montbeliard, Friesan and Norweigian Red cows, which are milked only once a day yeilding a particularly rich, sweet and creamy milk. This blue cheese is made with the famous Cashel Blue cheesemakers and is wrapped in the iconic gold foil.

The Little Milk Company started in March 2008 and involves ten organic milk farmers throughout Ireland. The Little Milk Company turned to creating premium soft cheeses with the organic milk they made (and other local organic ingredients of the highest quality). The Little Milk Company is a story of sustainable, great tasting, good for the environment food and it’s no surprise we’ve fallen in love with the multi award-winning cheeses they make.
