This incredibly light and creamy (clue's in the name) organic cream cheese is made in the brilliant Sovind Mejeri dairy in Denmark. It's been going since 1884, so they know their cheese-making. They use the finest organic ingredients that are traditionally drained in cheese cloth to create a mild, creamy cheese with a lightly whipped consistency.
