Jody Scheckter at Laverstoke Farm wanted the tastiest, healthiest food for his family, without any compromise. So he’s created a biodynamic farm with a micro-biology lab that tests the compost and compost teas for the proper balance of good bacteria and fungi. It all comes from the belief that biodiversity is needed for a healthy natural environment and that slow growing plants taste better. After all, patience is a virtue.

Keep Refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days
1. Slice the Buffalomi into 1 cm slices.
2. Heat a dry frying pan over medium heat, then add the cheese. Allow to toast for 2-3 minutes, or until the the Buffalomi is golden-brown. Flip and repeat on the other side.
3. Season as preferred.
