This succulent, silverside Good Beef is a by-product of Helen’s dairy herds, so has a much lower carbon footprint compared to beef that’s produced from ‘suckler’ systems, where a cow rears just one calf each year. Helen’s cattle live in the idyllic Wiltshire countryside, where they’re reared in line with the highest animal welfare standards and are able to graze freely on rich, diverse pastures.
