Sweet Greens & Ginger Smoothie

Crisp apples. Soft spinach. And a fiery hit of ginger. Blended together with earthy celery and a splash of rich almond milk. This light and refreshing smoothie makes a zingy breakfast drink.

Ingredients

  • 300g apples
  • 2 celery sticks
  • A thumb of ginger
  • 100g baby leaf spinach
  • 500ml Ultimate Almond Drink

Method

1. Quarter the apples and slice out the cores. Roughly chop them and add them to your blender. Trim the dry ends off the celery sticks, roughly chop them and add to the blender.
2. Finely grate the thumb of ginger into the blender – no need to peel, unless you prefer to. Add the baby leaf spinach.
3. Add a handful of ice and pour in 500ml of the Ultimate Almond Drink. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
