St Clements Sunset

Oranges and lemons say the bells of St Clements, when they're not busy mixing up delicious Christmas drinks. This citrussy festive fizz combines a dash of sweet sloe gin with Luscombe's zingy St Clements drink to make a quick and refreshing Christmas cocktail.

  • 50ml sloe gin
  • Luscombe St Clements, to top up
  • Orange and lemon wedges, to garnish

Method

1. Fill two glasses with ice. Pour 25ml sloe gin into each glass, then top up with the Luscombe St Clements. Stir to combine the sloe gin with the St Clements, or leave them separate for the sunset effect. Garnish with a small orange and lemon wedge each and serve.
