Sharon Fruit Lassi

Lassis are a yogurt-based drink popular in India. New season star, sharon fruit is blitzed with dairy-free coconut yogurt for a thick and lush smoothie.


  • 2 sharon fruit
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 lime
  • 125g dairy free coconut yogurt
  • Sea salt
  • A few ice cubes

1. Slice the leaves and stalks off the sharon fruit. Roughly chop the sharon fruit and pop them in a blender. Peel and break in the bananas. Squeeze in the juice from the lime. Add a little pinch of sea salt.
2. Spoon the yogurt into the blender and add a few ice cubes. Blitz till smooth. If the lassi is too thick, trickle in a little water till you get the consistency you want.
