Letting strawberries soak in a mix of rose water and maple syrup brings out their juicy sweetness.


  • 250g strawberries
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • 1 tbsp agave or maple syrup

1. Halve or quarter strawberries and pop them in a bowl. Drizzle over 1 tsp rosewater and 1 tbsp agave or maple syrup. Gently stir and leave for 1 hr to macerate.
2. Delicious spooned over yogurt, served with cream, on top of pavlovas, with pancakes or with waffles.
