A cheese that’s as impressive as the picturesque region it’s grown in, this organic Comté is made from rich cow’s milk then aged in cool and humid caves dotted throughout the Alps. No two wheels of Comté are ever the same (there’s an incredible 83 flavour descriptors for this cheese!) but you can always count on a nutty aroma, a bit of fruitiness, and a sweet finish. Every piece of this fantastic fromage is a marvellous mouthful.
