Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated between 0°C and 5°C. Suitable for home freezing; freeze before end of life and keep between -18°C and -22 °C. Defrost fully in a refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking and keep below 5°C. Reheat as chilled once defrosted.
