To capture peak flavour, certain catches are frozen within very soon after landing, while others are kept carefully chilled up until delivery. Whether the catch was previously frozen or kept chilled, everything we sell from them arrives defrosted and ready to cook. Plus, each product is guaranteed to have a 1-3 Marine Conservation Society (MCS) rating, so you can be sure it’s responsibly sourced.

Store chilled 0°c - 5°c. Previously frozen. Not suitable for home freezing.
Remove fillets from packaging and pat dry. Season lightly. Pan-fry skin-side down in hot oil for 2-3 minutes until crisp. Turn and cook for 1-2 minutes until cooked through and flaky. Serve hot.
