CasArrigoni are situated in the picturesque valley of Val Taleggio, in the Lombardy region of Italy. It's a valley actually renowned for the soft cows' milk cheese Taleggio, which has been made there for centuries. The people at CasArrigoni have been at it for thirty years now, following the age-old traditions of the mountainous area, and they continue to fine-tune their know-how and expertise to ensure their cheese is never less than the best.
