Head north from Cape Town along the Atlantic coastline and you’ll find the cool vineyards where their organic, sustainably-grown grapes flourish. It’s from these exceptional grapes that Stellar Merlot’s ripe fruit aroma comes, along with a luscious depth of flavour and a stunning, bright colour too. Great wine isn’t the only end goal here though. Stellar support their workers with fair trading, and their Stellar Agri and Stellar Foundation initiatives, to improve the lives of those that cultivate such spectacular, low-sulphur wines.

Stellar Winery is situated 275 kilometres north of Cape Town on the road to Namibia. It's made up of four farmers and the cellar. The cellar makes about 900 tonnes of organic grapes from farms straddling the northern boundary of the Olifants river wine region and Namaqualand. Working closely with the farms, winemaker Dudley Wilson creates a great range of wines.
