Our haddock is sustainably and responsibly sourced by the Celtic Coast Fish Company from Scottish and Icelandic waters, where it is line caught. Our friends at Celtic Coast work with small-scale fisheries to ensure full traceability and only source from spots where stock is plentiful, selecting fish with a rating of 1-3 on the Marine Conservation Society’s sustainability scale.
