Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated 0-5°C. Consume within the use by date. Once pack is opened use on the same day. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of delivery, and use within one month. Defrost fully and do not refreeze once defrosted.

To cook: Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C gas mark 4). Remove all packaging. Place ribs and any juices on a baking tray, cover with foil and place on middle shelf of oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and discard any juices, cook uncovered for a further 5 minutes. remove and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

These are guidelines only as cooking appliances vary. Ensure that meat is cooked throughgly and juices run clear.
